Cancellation Window

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement without penalty.
After 6 hours, your order will be forwarded to our fulfillment partner (CJ Drop shipping) and cannot be canceled due to automatic processing.

How to Request a cancellation

Send an email to support@gadgetaliens.com with your order number and "Cancellation Request" in the subject line.
If your request meets the time window, we will confirm and process the cancellation within 24 hours.

Late Cancellations

Orders already in fulfillment or shipped cannot be canceled.
You may still be eligible for a return after delivery—please refer to our for more details.

Digital Products or Custom Orders

Digital or made-to-order items are non-cancelable once processing begins.
