Return & Refund Policy – Gadget Aliens Shop

We strive to provide high-quality products, but we understand that returns may sometimes be necessary. Our return policy is designed to comply with CJ Dropshipping’s guidelines & other suppliers, while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.

  • The wrong item is received.

  • The product is significantly different from its description.

Due to CJ Dropshipping’s fulfillment model, returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse or accidental purchases. Please review product details carefully before ordering.

Return Process

  1. Submit a Return Request: Customers must contact our support team at Support@gadgetaliens.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide clear photos/videos showing any defects or issues.

  2. Approval & Return Address: Once reviewed, we will provide an authorized return address (CJ Dropshipping does not allow direct returns to their warehouses).

  3. Return Shipping: Customers must send the item back within 10 days of approval. A tracking number is required for verification.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.

  • If applicable, we may offer a free replacement instead of a refund based on CJ Dropshipping’s policy.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used or altered are not eligible for returns.

  • Custom or personalized items cannot be refunded unless defective.
